Welcome to the weekend sis.
Welcome to the weekend sis.
I hope you are having a fabulous weekend. After a long week of hustle and work, I hope you get to treat yourself to some relaxation and self-care. This week’s post is a continuation of my Cape Town blogpost. If you missed the first post that covered travel, visa, pricing etc., see below for that post. I recommend reading that post first, then coming to this one.
2024: ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE GOING TO CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA.
In this post, I’m sharing all my fashion pieces and outfits I wore while in Cape Town. I was in Cape Town from April 12-19th. It was at the end of summer; therefore, the weather was so beautiful. It was not fully spring but not summer either. That in between season before entering spring lol. We did experience one cold day and I was prepared for it.
Speaking of Fashion, I am a woman ready to wear clothing brand owner. Suah Clothing was created to showcase my love for fashion. Check out our new collection below.
Outfits I packed for Cape Town
For this trip, I knew the weather was going to be beautiful, so I came prepared. I did my research, checked the weather and packed accordingly. My suitcase was filled with sundresses and some leggings plus blazers. The leggings were for traveling and the blazer was for the one cold day I knew was coming. Below are the pieces I wore in Cape Town.
Accessories to pack for Cape Town
As a well known notorious over packer, I was very intentional about not over packing for this trip. I intentionally packed pieces that I knew I needed and avoided things I did not need. I only carried one suitcase and one carry-on. This has never happened before guys, especially for an international trip. I am always carrying two to three bags lol. Below are the shoes and accessories I took for this trip.
Comfortable Vacation Shoes
I am a shoe girlie always. Shoes has always been a fashion stable and favorite of mine. I packed more flats for this trip because I knew I was going to be walking a lot and wouldn’t be attending many fancy occasions. I took one pair of heels and three flats (black, gold and white). These colors palate was easy to style with all my dresses/outfits. My trip was for a week, so I was able to rotate among the shoes options I carried. Below are the pieces I wore in Cape Town.
Cape Town is always a good idea. Depending on the time of the year you are visiting, you are bound to have a wonderful time. I went at the end of summer (April), and I took dresses. I enjoyed my time in Cape Town, and I cannot wait for my trip back. I hope this post was helpful in helping you pack for Cape Town or your next vacation.
