HOW TO MAINTAIN OILY SKIN

It has been a while since I did a skincare post, and I thought this would be a good time to talk skincare since we are at the end of winter and spring is almost here. My journey with a proper skincare routine started not too long ago, and the truth is, I am glad I am on this journey because I am learning a lot about my skin daily.

When I say proper skincare, I mean washing my face twice a day and using products that support my skin type.  For the longest, I found it challenging to find products that supported my skin type. I have an oily face and very dry skin, so I needed to get products with less chemicals that support black skin.

After lots of research and trying different products, I will say that these products have been good for my skin.

My morning face wash routine currently consist of different products that have been beneficial to my skin type. I use a Japanese face wash I got from amazon. Although I cannot read a single word on the bottle, this product is gold. It has smoothed my face, energize and help even my skin tone. I could not link the face wash, but I have linked others I used in the past that worked for my oily skin.

Toner – I also use a Japanese made toner. Both the soap and toner are from the same brand. They work wonders. Tula was also added to the products I use due to the many reviews I read about it online. I will say it feels very luxurious on my skin. As for the results, I will share that in my next skin care post so stay tuned.
